Designed to give you the opportunity to truly understand your core specialism, while at the same time gaining work experience across different departments, the two-year programme offers you the chance to understand various areas of our business throughout the project lifecycle.
During rotations, you will receive hands-on experience on live projects, working alongside industry-leading experts, with high-profile customers to deliver impactful and lasting projects with long-term, collaborative relationships. The programme ensures you are learning the cutting-edge, tech-led approach that ISG applies to its projects.

Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
For our quantity surveyors, no two days are the same. You'll work closely with quantity surveyors on-site to help manage and track the commercial aspects of the project, negotiating costs with sub-contractors, producing value reports and supporting client changes to the project – while ensuring delivery is timely and profitable.
Construction Site Management
Working as a construction site manager, you will ensure that all site works are planned and completed in line with the programme for the project. Taking responsibility for ensuring that all work is delivered safely and to the highest quality, our construction site managers work hard to uphold health and safety standards on site and stay connected to clients; helping maintain excellent client satisfaction levels.
