Apprentice programme includes:
Professional pathway A level 2 or level 3 apprenticeship where you'll spend 20% of your time in off the job learning and 80% applying that learning in your chosen profession.
Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) An opportunity to volunteer, develop new skills and take part in an exciting expedition.
Living our values You will have a designated line manager to mentor you, a buddy to support you and an Emerging Talent Development app to guide you.
