Intermediate Level
The three outcomes that need to be met in order to achieve the Intermediate level are outlined below.

- Outcome 1 – Your organisation can demonstrate that it is implementing and reviewing the equality action plan and has collected updated profile data
- Outcome 2 – Your organisations internal policies and procedures consider the impact on people who share protected characteristics
- Outcome 3 – Your organisation is working towards increasing the diversity of people participating / using its services (members/ participants).
