Training & Development at Netcompany

To support the continuous development of our employees, they are all enrolled in our extensive Netcompany Academy — our very own training programme consisting of seminars, certifications and pop-up courses. The timing and content of the mandatory seminars are aligned with the specific chosen career path and role, along with the ambitions and progress of the individual employee.

All seminars and pop-up courses are designed specifically to supplement the skills and knowledge gained from the daily tasks and responsibilities of our employees. All training courses are for Netcompany employees only, the content is tailored specifically to be Netcompany-relevant and most of the courses are conducted by Netcompany professionals too. This ensures that the content, cases and discussions are of optimal quality and total relevance.

Netcompany Academy also allows you to build a strong social network with your colleagues across projects and countries — relationships that has the potential to both enhance your professional progress and to last throughout your entire career at Netcompany.

We have a mentor scheme for all employees to ensure professional and personal development from day 1. Mentors, along with managers are responsible for enabling not only professional and personal development but also to make sure that any wellbeing issues are brought up in conversations.
