Grosvenor and Fivefields Drive Positive Change With a Purposefully Designed Workspace
Category: Social Responsibility (Charity/ Volunteering/Environmentalism), Wellbeing (Financial/Mental/Physical)
Fivefields, Grosvenor's dedicated workspace for charities and social impact organisations, publishes its first impact report.
Behind the original Victorian Grade II listed façade, 8–10 Grosvenor Gardens has been transformed into a modern, purposefully designed workspace. With a particular focus on sustainability, inclusivity and wellbeing, it creates the ideal conditions for charities and social impact organisations to thrive.
Delivered in partnership with the Westminster Foundation and operated by x+why, Fivefields is now fully occupied - home to 27 charities and more than 650 active members working to drive positive change.
Hear more from Kate Brown, Director of the Westminster Foundation, and Jonathan Rose MRICS, Head of Flexible Workspace at Grosvenor Property UK, in this short video.
