T-Systems hosted their annual diversity and inclusion event - Diversi-T - with over 80 employees and some amazing partners and great guest speakers.
We attended alongside Everywoman and were really impressed with the level of support from senior staff, including MD Christophe Rode, who talked through T-System’s strategy and how they are working at attracting a more diverse workforce.
Claire Parker, Head of D&I at T-Systems kicked off the day’s events with a fun ice-breaker which got everyone working together.
T-Systems have recently recruited 4 apprentices in Glasgow using LaunchPad, which incorporates video applications to bring in younger people to encourage new ways of thinking and have found this greatly successful. The apprentices have brought new energy and dynamism into the business.
Emily Hall-Strutt from the Ministry of Justice was a fantastic guest speaker and shared her wealth of experience and some really useful insights.
Each table then presented their own views and ideas to create a more inclusive environment at T-Systems and presented to a panel, which included our own Wayne Page.
