UK Athletics: Values & Behaviours Workshops

The Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team at UK Athletics kicked off their Values & Behaviours workshops last week.  A series of workshops will be rolled out to all staff and consultants across the organisation with the aim to revisit the importance of our five core values – Respect, Accountability, Quality, Communication and Integrity.

 The 2 ½ hour workshops involve exercises and open conversations which challenge how staff communicate and how they behave as individuals, as a team and ultimately as an organisation.  Great conversations have been had to date with key learnings and positive feedback from staff.  Follow up sessions will continue throughout 2018 to ensure our values and behaviours are understood by all staff and consultants and are fully embedded throughout UKA.
