UK Athletics: 'Chat and a cuppa'- stress talk

As a Disability Confident Leader, we continue to raise the awareness of mental health issues within our sport by promoting open conversations and provide support where needed. 

To mark Time to Talk Day, we arranged ‘Chat & a Cuppa’ session for staff at UK Athletics and England Athletics to talk about ‘Stress’ led by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

The session focussed on practical ways for survival in the modern age which covered practical ways of managing stress and open conversations among the attendees.
