We proudly supported the Sparkle National Transgender Charity Festival in Manchester this weekend - the world’s largest celebration of gender diversity. The event gave colleagues from across Sainsbury's and Argos the chance to connect with the trans community and explore how we can ensure everyone enjoys working or shopping with us, regardless of their gender.
