On site with our Sanctuary Women in Construction group
Category: Gender (Equality & Identity), Training & Development
Colleagues from our Sanctuary Women in Construction group came together to visit to our Sansome Walk development site in Worcester, where we are delivering 40 new high-quality affordable homes on the site of the former city swimming pool.
The visit was a great opportunity for colleagues to see the construction work in progress, learn about the rewards and challenges of site management, and take a look at the much-needed new homes we are building.
Our Women in Construction group is dedicated to supporting and connecting women working across our development and construction teams.
Its members are committed to building communities and promoting careers across Sanctuary as they work to create a stronger, more inclusive industry.
We spoke to some of our colleagues on site to hear their thoughts on the visit.
