Marvin Rogers joined the panel “Beyond the Quota: How to Architect a Lasting Career in Tech Sales,” sharing his journey to becoming Head of Business Development and the lessons that shaped his path. 

Olaide Olaniyi and Humera Jahan led a workshop on Engineering Ethics and Societal Responsibility, offering practical strategies for addressing ethical challenges in technology, from data privacy to responsible innovation.
