CCEP Retains Disability Confident Leader Status in the UK

We’re delighted to have retained our status as a Disability Confident Leader in the UK.
This is awarded by the Department of Work and Pensions to businesses who are working to challenge attitudes, increase understanding of disability and draw from a wider pool of talent.
This month, our vice president of customer service and supply chain at CCEP, Javier Sanchez Gandarias shared what retaining this status means to us with Food Manufacture.
As well as highlighting some of the steps we’ve taken to be recognised as a Disability Confident Leader, Javier delved into how CCEP is continuing to build on the progress made so far by learning from our people, our peers and those around us.
