Norton Rose Fulbright has launched a worldwide employment program. Designed to promote confidence in disability, the aim of this program is to provide employment opportunities for disabled people. Valuable commercial on-the-job experience, working for Norton Rose Fulbright is on offer for successful candidates and these candidates will also collaborate on a global team project to help the firm become more disability confident as an organisation.
We believe in valuing differences and promoting a culture of respect for each individual. This is central to our policy on diversity and inclusion.
McLaren, as part of our global corporate partnership, will support the program through mentoring and coaching support, focusing on the partnership values of teamwork, innovation and excellence.
