The long months of the pandemic have severely impacted mental health across the country. Recent research found going for walks outside was one of our top coping strategies, and 45% of us reported being in green spaces had been vital for our wellbeing. This Mental Health Awareness Week we asked our colleagues to share how connecting with nature has helped them.
