Meet Leah: Wellbeing First Aider & Cultural Ambassador at CCEP

Introducing Leah, our Commercial Operations Professional and Wellbeing First Aider.

Leah’s been with us for over a decade, working in a number of departments at CCEP, across field sales, customer experience and commercial operations.

Plus, she’s been busy as a Wellbeing First Aider and Cultural Ambassador as part of our wellbeing and ID&E programmes, supporting colleagues and facilitating more open-minded conversations and opportunities to learn.

At CCEP we have invested in developing a network of over 1,000 Wellbeing First Aiders across our business. These colleagues are specifically trained to spot the signs of mental health conditions, listen free of judgement and point to professional services.

In addition to our Wellbeing First Aiders, Wellbeing Hub and Employee Assistance Programme, our leaders and people managers complete Wellbeing Leadership Training to develop the skills and confidence to support positive wellbeing in their teams.

At CCEP, we look out for each other and help people to feel their very best. Other than our refreshing beverages, we don’t bottle it up.
