Talking about mental health is sometimes awkward and uncomfortable - but the MCA like many other organisations is determined to make sure everyone can get the support they need. HM Coastguard, the search and rescue arm of the Agency uses Trauma Risk Management (TRiM), but health and wellbeing is a commitment right across the MCA with initiatives like 'buddy schemes' in place.
Kaimes Beasley, controller with HM Coastguard said:
