Tell us about your current role?

As the Director of Global Delivery Enablement, I lead initiatives aligned with Jacobs' strategic priorities. My role centers on driving efficiency through global standardization, implementing process improvements, and automating to deliver measurable results.

What inspired you to pursue a digital career?

I saw a digital role as an opportunity to address common challenges faced by my peers. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed learning about new subjects and solving problems, which has driven me to take on diverse roles within Jacobs. Pursuing digital transformation feels like a natural progression in my journey, and I am excited to contribute to our organization’s future.

What digital wisdom would you pass on to others?

Before developing digital products, it’s essential to clearly understand the problem we’re trying to solve, have a thorough grasp of the workflows, and establish a solid data structure. I’ve noticed we often want to jump to the solutions but, without these foundations, achieving meaningful progress can be challenging.

If you could change one thing about the digital landscape to make it better for women, what would it be?

One change, which is very difficult to address, would be to eliminate biases in the digital landscape.  An opportunity could be for organizations to actively employ more women and individuals from different backgrounds in digital roles introducing more flexibility in hiring criteria and thinking creatively about roles which could add value. 

What is a favorite tech tool or app you can’t live without?

My favorite tech tools tend to be simple but focused on time savings. I appreciate it when data is prepopulated, for example, as it is helpful quick entry and reducing errors. Tools that automate repetitive tasks or provide intuitive interfaces help me stay organized and efficient, allowing me to focus on the best use of my personal time are my favorites!

What one word describes your digital journey?

Impactful.
