Grosvenor launches employee-led Disability Guide

We are proud to announce the launching of our employee-led Disability Guide to break down barriers and better support those at Grosvenor with visible and hidden disabilities.
Our (dis)Ability Network hosted a launch event featuring colleagues and guests who shared their experiences including Back Up, Lucy Hendley from Lewis Silkin, James Whitty-Lewis, Hattie Evans and Ralph McCaffrey.
Our Disability Guide contains essential advice for employees and managers on how they can create an accessible and inclusive workplace. It covers areas such as getting comfortable with the terminology, breaking down barriers and how to provide support to people who may need it. With 80% of disabilities being invisible, we want to create an inclusive and accessible environment for everyone who works with and at Grosvenor.
