To mark International Men’s Day, we recently hosted a virtual discussion with ShoutOut and Two Pints Deep: Reframe – Rethinking Masculinity and Mental Health.
Our speakers shared thoughtful insights on creating space for men to express their emotions, raising boys with positive role models, and supporting loved ones who may be struggling.
We also held bake sales across our Brook Green, Dublin and Manchester offices, with proceeds going to the speakers’ chosen mental health charities: ShoutOut, Two Pints Deep and Andy’s Man Club.
