International Women’s Day 2021 saw us launch dunnhumby’s first IWD Awards! We had hundreds of nominations, and lots of deserving shortlists, from across the business in 4 categories: Resilience, Courage, Innovation and Allyship. Here we’re going to spotlight each of the four winners. Courage: Embodying the IWD theme of #choosetochallenge and also one of the dh values, this woman has role modelled courageous behaviour.

“She has demonstrated courage throughout last year during the transformation of product deployments. She presented the case for a "pause and develop period" to the wider business and successfully led the project to improve P&P implementations. In Shop deployments, with a customer first approach she has been fantastic in determining and clearly articulating whether an implementation decision is a yes or no.”
