We’re thrilled to be hosting our 2nd annual dunnhumby International Women’s Day (IWD) awards on 8 March – celebrating the amazing work done by women, non-binary people and male allies across the business.
Our theme this year is #BreakTheBias – looking at how we can work to achieve a truly gender equal world. As part of this event, we’re delighted to be welcoming Steph Cullen as a guest speaker! Steph started her career in data and insight at dunnhumby in 2005, before moving to lead Business Insight at Britvic in 2014. Now Head of Manufacturing and on the UK Exec at IRI, Steph is responsible for over 300 clients and a team of 80.
Steph’s ability to perform in a high-pressure role and fast-paced environment was however built outside of the office, as she spent 3yrs in the GB Rowing Team during the London Olympiad, culminating in winning the World Championships in 2011! Steph is also passionate about personal development, potential and leadership, and we can’t wait to welcome her and listen to her insights soon!
