More Than a Graduate Placement: How Sanctuary Tailors for Growth

Since starting my graduate placement with Sanctuary, I’ve felt consistently supported to learn, grow, and reach my full potential.

In my first year on the graduate programme, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of engaging projects and develop valuable skills essential for success in the commercial sector. From people operations to sales and marketing, each placement has aligned with areas I’ve expressed interest in, highlighting how tailored and flexible the programme truly is.

Over the past six months, I’ve particularly enjoyed working in marketing. I’ve contributed to organisation-wide campaigns, released PR pieces to both local and national media, and helped shape recruitment strategies for our care homes, alongside many other exciting, fast-paced projects.

My team has been brilliant, they are genuinely supportive and committed to helping me grow and flourish. I’m really looking forward to my next placement, where I’ll be working on the launch of Vivant Care!
