Capita have been shortlisted for an Autism Professionals Award in the Outstanding Employer category.
The work Capita has undertaken with Essex County Council has led to them to becoming the first local government to offer a supportive internship for young adults on the autism spectrum. Five young adults took part in the programme this year, making valuable contributions to a range of different areas across the council.
