dunnhumby's Enabled Network: Supporting Colleagues with Disabilities

We’re proud to say that dunnhumby has launched a new employee network group - dh Enabled. This network seeks to support colleagues with disabilities at dunnhumby, and those who care for people with disabilities.

Did you know that an estimated 1.3 billion people experience significant disability worldwide? That's 1 in 6 people. dhEnabled has been created to aid people within dunnhumby that have direct or indirect experience of a disability. We want to ensure each member of the dh family feels valued and has a positive and supportive experience at work, and to help raise awareness of how disabilities can impact our colleagues in different ways.

To mark the launch of the network dh Enabled hosted a very special panel session. It was wonderful to see so many people from dunnhumby join to listen to the discussion, understand more about the network, and to learn about how we can be better allies to people with disabilities. A big thank you to our panellists: Mhairi Harris, Lucy Austin, Russell Price, Ben Burdsall, Laura Reilly and to our Exec Sponsor Sarah McCarthy for leading such an insightful discussion.
