As Admissions Officer, you'll be responsible for managing post-offer processes and compliance for Teach First's programmes, supporting successful onboarding and acting as a key trainee-facing contact post-offer.
This role is offered on a 0.6 FTE basis (three days per week). To support the existing job-share arrangement, the successful candidate will be expected to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Do you have proven experience of excelling in a task-focused, process-driven environment, with a strong eye for detail?
- Do you have proven experience of exercising your own judgement, being analytical and objective, and providing sound rationale for decisions?
- Are you a proactive problem-solver, always solutions-focused in your approach?
- Are you confident in getting to grips with new systems quickly and efficiently, ideally experienced with Salesforce (including creating reports and dashboards)?
- Do you have exceptional relationship-building skills, able to leverage relationships effectively to secure desired outcomes?
- Are you an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing, adept at embracing difficult conversations as needed?
- Are you autonomous in planning and organising your own time, able to adapt to unexpected shifts in priorities quickly?
- Are you comfortable and confident in operating in an environment where change and uncertainty are common, able to shift focus and be agile and collaborative in your approach as needed?

Compensation & BenefitsEmployees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package.
Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions.
