As a Junior Business Analyst, you will develop the skills to document, analyse and improve existing processes - with a particular focus on areas where technology or data may be needed to enable efficiency or improvement.
You will carry out business analysis, process improvement, user story writing and support testing activity - adopting best practice methodologies and tools for the work.
You'll build the skills needed to elicit and analyse requirements to enable effective planning across long-term strategic priorities and immediate operational needs.
- Are you aware of business analysis techniques such as process modelling, requirements elicitation, workshops, and tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira and Microsoft 365 applications?
- Do you understand business requirements, process mapping, user stories, or functional specifications, gained through education, training, or practical experience?
- Are you aware of agile methodologies and ways in which we can apply these principles in practice, with an understanding why iteration is important and can you iterate quickly?
- Are you aware of the people, process, and technology impacts associated with change programmes and do you have strong communication skills with the ability to explain changes clearly to different stakeholder groups?
- Are you able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders?

Compensation & BenefitsEmployees based in London will receive £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package.
Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata'd for part time and fixed term positions.
