Sanctuary teams celebrate double awards success

We’re very proud of colleagues in our Communications team and our Disability Network, who scored a double success at the 2026 PRmoment Awards.
Our Communications team were awarded In-house Team of the Year, with judges saying that “glowing employee testimonials paint a powerful picture of an organisation that truly prioritises its culture, values and people.”
And we also scooped a silver award in the Employee Engagement Campaign category, for our Disability Network’s Behind the Mask campaign.
This was a travelling exhibition showcasing colleagues’ artwork and revealing the masks people often wear, whether to navigate stigma, manage perceptions or simply get through the day.
Judges described it as “a really powerful campaign, stronger because it was colleague-led.”
