Throughout October, dunnhumby celebrated Black History Month by honouring Black heritage and creativity through a series of events that sparked conversation, connection, and reflection.
From art and poetry workshops with our wellness network, dhThrive, to a global panel on microaggressions with our networks dhUnity, dhGen, dhProud, and our Latam D&I lead, we explored important themes and shared powerful stories.
We also partnered with Buki Mosaku, founder of the DiverseCity Think Tank, and Ian Benjamin from the Black Data Professionals Network for a session on navigating bias and setting goals, and closed the month with a vibrant social celebrating the rhythms of the talking drum.
