This is an exciting opportunity to join our Resourcing team, delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service for key business areas. You'll provide expert guidance to hiring managers, ensuring an excellent end-to-end experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll have the autonomy to build strong partnerships and make a real impact on business success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with hiring managers, People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience, including screening, interview preparation, feedback and offer management.
• Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and the candidate journey.
• Collaborating with HR and business teams to provide recruitment insights, solutions and best practice.
• Acting as a Boots brand ambassador across social media and external networks.
• Sharing market intelligence and recruitment trends to support informed hiring decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, expectations and recruitment timelines effectively.
• Experience with attraction strategies, social media recruitment and talent pooling.
• Strong interviewing and selection skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Experience using recruitment systems, reporting tools and data to drive decisions.
• A keen interest in digital recruitment trends and innovative sourcing approaches.
