ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Adult Learning Health Instructor to join our Adult Learning team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to adult learners by supporting the delivery of engaging, high-quality training that supports individuals to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence within the health and care sector.

The successful candidate will inspire and support learners from a diverse range of backgrounds, helping them achieve their qualifications and progress towards further study or employment opportunities within health and social care.

They will also have a passion for engaging and motivating adults who may have been out of formal education for some time, helping them rebuild confidence, overcome barriers to learning, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
