ABOUT
The Us Programme, founded in 2016, is a project with the mission to help educate and inspire young females mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds to break boundaries and achieve goals. We act as a bridge between our talented young women and successful organisations who are looking for such talent. All our young girls are from working class backgrounds, and we aim to show that regardless of their start in life, they can succeed. Since our inauguration in September 2016, we’ve worked with over 800+ young women. Ultimately, we aim to provide hope.
