ABOUT

Founded in England in 1875, the Girls Friendly Society (GFS) has long supported young women, helping them thrive and build confidence. GFS operates 36 volunteer-led groups across disadvantaged areas in England and Wales, providing single-gender spaces, female role models, and a supportive community.

Our partnership with GFS supports their efforts to launch new groups, including a recent initiative in Hackney, a particularly economically challenged area near our London office.
