Helping talented disabled candidates and inclusive employers to find each other.

Evenbreak is a specialist job board run by and for disabled people. We help employers to attract more talented disabled candidates, and to be seen as inclusive employers of choice.

Disabled people tell us that the biggest barrier they face when looking for work, is not knowing which employers will take them seriously. Advertising your jobs on a job board specifically for disabled candidates gives them confidence that you are keen to attract them, so they are more likely to apply, and more likely to be open about their access needs.

Disabled candidates have the same diversity of talents, skills and experiences as everyone else, plus a few more. They have confidence in Evenbreak, because all of our team have lived experience of the disabling barriers they face.

We work with employers from a wide range of sectors, including Channel 4, Amazon, Heathrow, FT, Citizens Advice.

Please contact us if you’d like to:

  • Attract disabled candidates you may not find elsewhere
  • Be seen as an inclusive employer of choice
  • Partner with an award-winning social enterprise, authentically led by disabled people
  • Access our best practice portal and training and consultancy services
  • Gain all the benefits of employing disabled people

"Inclusion and diversity are central to what Channel 4 stands for and we are passionate about the representation of disabled people, both on and off screen and as employees at Channel 4.  Our long-term partnership with Evenbreak helps us to ensure that talented disabled candidates know what opportunities are available and about our continued commitment to removing barriers to employment." Nicky Ivory-Chapman FCIPD, Head of Talent Acquisition, Channel 4.
