Evenbreak is a specialist job board run by and for disabled people. We help employers to attract more talented disabled candidates, and to be seen as inclusive employers of choice.

Disabled people tell us that the biggest barrier they face when looking for work, is not knowing which employers will take them seriously. Advertising your jobs on a job board specifically for disabled candidates gives them confidence that you are keen to attract them, so they are more likely to apply, and more likely to be open about their access needs.
