BME Promise is Manchester based recruitment agency focused on increasing the number of Black and minority ethnic individuals in employment throughout the UK. We operate a self sustainable model that works in supporting marginalised BME groups with the profits made from commission placements.
We take a holistic approach offering support with all barriers to employment. We support individuals in finding and maintaining long term employment via long term well-being mentoring and coaching. We recruit for supply roles, permanent positions, and apprenticeships throughout the UK .We work to increase the number of senior leaders in supporting businesses find the most sought after talent. Our recruitment packages for employers can also include Accredited courses (CPD).
All of our contract staff have access to our well-being practitioners
BME Promise do not just say that we care about the well being of our staff, but show it. One way in which we do this is in giving our contract staff and permanent staff immediate access to our well-being practitioners (who else does this?) We understand that recruitment is not about the transactional exchange but the people we serve.
