ABOUT
The Blueberry Academy team provide specialist support for adults with learning difficulties. The main aims of the Academy is to promote employability and independence. Our services are mainly York based, though we also work in Selby, Scarborough and Northallerton.
The Blueberry Academy strives to provide a quality service that meets the needs and aspirations of its learners, providers, employers and the local community. The Academy currently supports over 80 individuals in York and North Yorkshire to grow and develop.
The opportunities for individuals are through either Education or Social Care routes. The projects are focused on the progression to employment or independence. All trainees on employment routes are supported in job search, applications and receive in work job coaching.
