Are you a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school, where you'll inspire pupils to develop their knowledge, confidence, and love of learning across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Teach Year 4 pupils across a broad range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and foundation subjects.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupils to participate, learn, and achieve.
• Develop pupils' literacy, numeracy, reading, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, using assessment data to inform planning and provide targeted support.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and engagement within the classroom.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to planning, assessment, and wider school activities where required.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for inspiring and supporting pupils through engaging and inclusive teaching.
• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupils of all abilities.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
