Workday Financials Test Manager

We are hiring a Workday Financials Test Manager to lead the testing workstream for a major Workday Financials implementation. Candidates must have hands‑on Workday Financials experience. You'll take ownership of the full testing lifecycle, ensuring all Financials modules are validated, stable, and ready for go‑live. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the end‑to‑end testing strategy for Workday FinancialsBuild test plans, scripts, scenarios, and acceptance criteria specific to Financials modulesLead SIT, E2E, regression, UAT, and cutover testing cyclesWork closely with Finance SMEs, technical teams, and Workday implementation partnersDrive defect triage, prioritisation, and resolutionEnsure testing meets programme governance, audit, and compliance standardsProvide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and readinessEssential Experience (Must‑Have)Proven Test Manager experience on Workday Financials implementationsDeep knowledge of Workday Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Assets, Projects, Expenses, etc.)Demonstrated ability to lead testing in large‑scale ERP or transformation programmesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate autonomously and deliver at paceNice to HaveExperience with Workday integrations testingBackground in finance transformation programmesFamiliarity with Agile delivery environments
