Person specificationEducation and Qualifications Essential criteria - Registered Nurse
- Post registration evidence of further training within the speciality
- Leadership Course
- Evidence of Degree level study
Desirable criteria - ILS Trained
- Acute care course or equivalent
Key Skills/Abilities Essential criteria - Ability to resolve conflict and motivate a team
Other Desirable criteria - Set standards of care by implementing evidence-based protocols in order to change clinical practice
Experience Essential criteria - Experienced in caring for patient group within the speciality
- Evidence of Management experience including HR processes
- Management and development of staff
- Knowledge of ongoing research/developments relating to care of the speciality patient group
Desirable criteria - Evidence of previous service development, improvement or change management experience
- Experience within creating and managing rosters
- Evidence of developing policies, protocols and competency assessments
