Person specificationQualifications and Higher Qualifications Essential criteria Desirable criteria Knowledge Essential criteria - Basic knowledge of ENT conditions and emergency management
Desirable criteria - Previous experience of managing ENT emergencies
Prior Experience/ Management/Audit Experience Essential criteria - Completion of FY1 and FY2 year
Desirable criteria - Previous ENT experience and experience in other surgical specialities.
- Previous participation in Audit Projects
Academic Achievements / Research and Publications Desirable criteria - Research/Publications in ENT and related specialties
Personal Skills Essential criteria - Can communicate well in English
- Good interpersonal skills
