Job Summary

Our team supports employers through the full life-cycle of workplace risk management, planning, strategy and implementation. We handle significant complex tribunal proceedings, major restructuring exercises, policy development and problem solving, whilst ensuring clients are both compliant with their obligations as employers, but also that they can drive their businesses forward when doing so. Our specialist business immigration support employers with expert advice around global mobility, acquisition of international talent, right to work compliance and embedding people movement decisions within the workforce strategies deployed by clients. Our workload and client base is as varied as it is exceptional - supporting clients through pivotal moments when workplaces are changing, growing or facing real pressure, in the public, private and third sector employers based and operating in Scotland, and beyond, provides exciting challenges and a stimulating learning environment.
