About The RoleSt Joseph's is looking to appoint a new teaching assistant to join the school's existing happyand caring team of teaching staff. Working alongside the teachers and Head of School, you will be committed to raising the levels of attainment of children of all abilities.
You will have good communication and teamwork skills. You will work as part of a strong and welcoming staff team to deliver a great education to all our children. Applications for this role can be downloaded from the school website or requested from the school office.
This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers. The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the JD/Person Specification.
