Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours + Inset Days

Number of positions: 1
Qualifications Required: TA3
Start Date: As soon as possible September 2026

Salary: Grade 4 £26,403 - £28,142 per annum
Closing Date: Friday 16th October 9.00 a.m.
Interview and shorlisting week commencing 19th October.

The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant, who can inspire pupils to reach their potential.

This position is, Full Time, Term Time Only and will initially be based in the EYFS Department.

Rack House Primary School is a vibrant, multicultural school.

We are a two form entry from two-year-old provision to year 6 with a Resource Provision attached.

To support the learning, development and wellbeing of pupils under the direction of teachers, enabling all children to achieve their full potential.

The post holder will work with individuals, small groups and whole classes, delivering planned learning activities, promoting inclusion and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.

The post holder may supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the teacher and will contribute to assessment, planning and pupil progress.
