Job description
Balfour Primary School requires an enthusiastic, committed Teaching Assistant. This role will be working mainly with a child with very complex needs. The Teaching Assistants are a busy and productive team within the school who support our enthusiastic students as well as our vibrant teams of teaching staff. In addition, the successful post holder will support our children at lunchtime.
Hours: The post holder will be expected to work Monday - Friday term time only. 8:45am - 15:30. This includes a 15-minute break and a 30 minute lunch (30hrs/wk)
Part-time: 30 hours per week, term-time only.
Paid weeks per year: 47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Fixed term: Until 31 August 2027 but it is hoped this role can continue.
Start date: As soon as possible
