EYFS Specialist Teaching Assistant - Gwinear Community Primary School

Are you passionate about giving young children the very best start to their learning journey?

Gwinear Community Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing and dedicated EYFS Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Early Years provision, helping to create inspiring learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Has a good understanding of child development and early learning.
• Is passionate about outdoor learning and learning through play.
• Can build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Is caring, patient and committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential.
• Demonstrates flexibility and is willing to support children across the school when required.
• Has high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement.
• Works effectively as part of a team and uses their own initiative when needed.
