Job description

We are recruiting a Teacher at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Working hours: Full Days Monday - Wednesday
Contract Type: Part Time (60% contract), Fixed Term until 31st August 2027
Location: Cefn Fforest Primary School

We pay an attractive salary of £20,238 - £31,165 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

The governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and qualified Primary teacher. You will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing the best for all children and have high expectations of achievement and behaviour. We are looking for someone who loves any area of expressive arts to develop our talented children. If you have that sparkle, we would love to hear from you!

For the role, we ask that you have:
  • Qualified teacher status and Current EWC registration.
  • Evidence of successful relevant teaching experience including teaching practice.
  • The ability to create a challenging and effective learning environment and have effective pupil management skills.
