Part time (0.6 - 0.8 FTE)

We are looking for two part time passionate Supported Employment Practitioners to join our Connect to Work programme. This service helps disabled people, those with health conditions, and individuals facing complex barriers to employment find and sustain meaningful work.

What you'll do:
  • Manage a caseload of up to 20 clients, supporting them to achieve their employment goals.
  • Work closely with employers to secure and retain jobs, providing tailored advice and guidance.
  • Spend most of your time in the community, building relationships with local businesses and partners.
  • Help clients with job searches, CVs, applications, and interview preparation.
  • Promote inclusive employment practices and negotiate workplace adjustments where needed.

What we're looking for:
  • Experience managing caseloads and supporting individuals with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Certificate L3 in Supported Employment Practitioner (or willingness to work towards it).
  • We are looking to recruit 2 part time roles - 1 covering West and 1 covering North Devon but we need you to have the ability to travel across Devon and work flexibly, including occasional evenings/weekends.
