About the role You will be supporting eleven incredible adults with learning disabilities who live together in their own welcoming home in Streatham, London. It is a place full of laughter, personality, and a real sense of belonging, where no two days are ever the same.

The home has a large garden that is about to be transformed into something truly special. Together, you will help bring it to life by planting flowers, growing vegetables, adding comfortable seating, installing a swing, and creating colourful artwork that reflects the people who live there. It is a chance to build something meaningful side by side.

What will you be doing? This role is all about balance, supporting everyday needs while sharing in the moments that make life enjoyable.

You will help with day-to-day living, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, baking, and keeping the home running smoothly. Just as importantly, you will be part of the fun, supporting hobbies, interests, and new experiences.

You might spend time with Bob, a passionate supporter of Aston Villa and Wimbledon, or George, a Chelsea supporter who also enjoys a pint in the pub. You could support Tom in pursuing his love of snooker, including attending a live tournament he is excited about. Or support AJ, who loves superheroes-his favourites are Spider-Man and Batman-and is a great artist. He also likes to play his PlayStation. Music fills the house with energy, and if you enjoy dancing, you will fit right in. There are also opportunities to support people to attend live music events and concerts.

Working hours

• Shifts are worked on a rota basis and may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
• Full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week.

About you

Experience isn't always necessary. If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you're likely to be a great fit.

You must hold a UK Manual/automatic licence
