Using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, you'll provide support that promotes wellbeing, achieves positive outcomes and helps people reach their full potential.
Working as part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team, you'll build strong relationships with colleagues, professionals and community services to make sure people receive the right support to thrive in their own environment.

You'll provide compassionate, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice and wellbeing, while helping individuals build skills, achieve their goals and have their voices heard.
You'll work as part of a dedicated team, communicating with individuals, families, colleagues and partner agencies to respond to changing needs and support people safely. You'll also help welcome new team members and champion equality, inclusion and respect.
We're looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and committed to high-quality care. You'll need to be comfortable working across different locations and shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins and waking nights. You'll also be supported to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Care and continue developing your skills.
