Your role will be to support agentleman living in his own flat in Falkirk with his own garden, the team support 24 hours a day to ensure he is safe and can do the things he wants to do.
Supporting with learning disability, autism, OCD and Epilepsy, he would love someone to join his team who will take the time to understand him. In his spare time, he loves doing jigsaws, watching films, being outdoors (especially going for walks) and spending time with friends and family.
The team work really well together to ensure he has what he needs and support him with things he likes as well as:
• Supporting with medication
• Cooking and cleaning
• Managing my home and finances
Since the support is 24 hours a day, we are seeking someone who can be flexible to his needs and support various shifts during the week, at the weekend and overnight. Colleagues work from 9am - 9am the next day with sleepover.
The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun!
