What You Will Do:

• Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions for individuals struggling with substance misuse.
• Manage a caseload, providing structured one-to-one support and facilitating group programmes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk analysis and safeguarding measures.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with external agencies.
• Work confidently both independently and within a cohesive team environment.
• Use strong communication skills to motivate and inspire individuals towards positive change.
